Your profile costs $0. If a lead we introduce to you closes, the referral fee is 35% of the gross commission on that deal, for 12 months from the introduction, with no cap per deal. Nothing on your own clients, past clients or referrals.
Example: a $400,000 sale at 3% commission is $12,000 gross. On Free the fee is $4,200, figured on gross, before your brokerage split.
A deal counts only if it began with a GayMoves introduction: a lead routed to you from the directory. Clients who came to you any other way are not part of the fee. Fees are paid under a written referral agreement with your brokerage. Read the referral fee policy or see the full terms and the fee calculator.
What we built
Nothing here is staged. These are the live pieces your profile plugs into.
Our city and state pages use public data with the source and retrieval date named, so your profile sits on real local context.
Once a person verifies your license, it is issued as a signed credential. Anyone can check one, with no account.
Your profile, credentials and reviews export as one signed file. If you leave, your reputation leaves with you.
Profile pages carry structured data (a standard format for facts like your name, license and cities), so search engines and AI assistants can read them. Nobody can promise a mention in any particular AI assistant.
Fair by design
Free profiles are listed permanently. Paid plans buy top billing and first right on leads in the places you hold, never the right to be listed.
A rating counts only reviews tied to a closed transaction. Other reviews are labeled and never change the number.

Later, if it makes sense
Paid plans are not on sale yet. Pay more each month and the referral fee on introduced deals will go down. Joining a waitlist charges nothing.
