No. Searching, matching, comparing, planning a move and introducing yourself to agents are free, with no account. Agents pay us only when a deal we introduced closes, or through an optional subscription.
Search lets you filter every agent by neighborhood, specialty, language, price range, response time and rating. The match wizard asks six short questions and returns up to three agents with a score and plain-language reasons for each.
We start a basic profile for every licensed agent so no one is missing from the market. Until the agent claims it, they cannot take introductions, and we do not show anything about how they identify.
Yes. The match wizard, compare page and shortlist each let you introduce yourself to several agents in one step. You pick who is included, and only those agents see your details.
We checked the agent's license number against a state license roll and it came back active. We record that as a signed credential, so anyone can check it later.
A rating is the average of reviews tied to a completed transaction. Reviews without a verified transaction are labeled and never counted toward the number.
Verified means we checked it. Platform-measured means we calculated it from activity on the site, such as response time. Self-reported means the agent told us, and we label it that way.
Paid plans earn a small placement boost and a label, and territory holders get first right on leads routed to their area. Everyone is still listed, and the ranking explains itself.
No cookies are set for anonymous visitors, and no third-party scripts, fonts or pixels are loaded. Our analytics are first-party and stay off until you agree.
Only the agents you choose to introduce yourself to. Agents never see who else you contacted.
We build to WCAG 2.2 AA and test it automatically and by hand. If something is hard to use, tell us on the accessibility page and we will fix it.
Listing is free. Optional plans add areas, a CRM and top placement. On any plan, a percentage of gross commission (before your brokerage split) is owed only when a deal we introduced closes, for twelve months.
Yes. Every agent can export a portable profile with their credentials and reviews in an open format and import it elsewhere.
