Free gets you a permanent profile, a portable export, signed credentials and verified reviews, and nobody pays to exist. The fee is 35% of gross commission on closed deals we introduce, with no cap, for 12 months. Nothing on your own clients, past clients or referrals.
Example: a $400,000 sale at 3% commission, with a 70% split. You are paid $8,400 by your brokerage. The Free fee is $4,200 of the $12,000 gross, figured before your split.

No. We list unlimited agents per city and per neighborhood. A Featured plan buys top placement in the places you hold and first right on leads routed there. It never buys the right to be the only one listed, and a Free profile is never removed or hidden because someone else paid.
