You can see, correct, export and delete what we hold about you. Pick the path that fits and we will do the rest.
Draft of October 31, 2026. This page works for everyone, in any country, whether or not you have an account.
Sign in, open your account and choose delete. You confirm with your passkey, every session ends at once and the account is marked for deletion. Personal fields are erased within 30 days; we keep only what the law requires, such as billing records for tax (no card numbers) and the security log, and we tell you what remains.
Email [PRIVACY MAILBOX, for example privacy@gaymoves.com] from the address you used with us, with the subject “Data request”. Tell us what you want (delete, a copy, a correction, or to withdraw consent) and anything that helps us find you, such as the city and month of an inquiry. Please do not send identity documents, card numbers or passwords: we will never ask for them.
To prove it is you we send a fresh confirmation link to that email address. Whoever can open the mailbox is treated as you. If you cannot use that address, tell us and we will ask for the least extra proof that works.
Your shortlist, compare list, theme and unit choices are stored on your device only, and we cannot see them. Clear them with your browser's site-data setting or from the shortlist page. See cookies and local storage.
An agent who accepted your inquiry is the controller of what they hold. Ask us anyway: we will tell the agent to delete or correct it, and agents must respond within 5 business days. You can also withdraw an inquiry or revoke an agent's access at any time.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context advertising, and we have no advertising trackers, so there is nothing to opt out of. Email the same address and we will confirm that in writing. California and some other states let you ask us to limit use of sensitive data; we only use it to deliver the service you asked for, and we will record your request.
If you are not happy, write to [PRIVACY MAILBOX, for example privacy@gaymoves.com] and ask for a person to review it. You can also contact your state attorney general or, in the EU or UK, your data protection authority.
