Top LGBTQ+ agents of 2026

Year to date. Ranked by what clients said after a real closing, how fast agents reply, and how many deals they have closed through the platform. Nobody can pay for a place on this list.

The 2026 ranking

No agents qualified for 2026 yet

An agent needs at least 2 transaction-verified reviews from closings in the year, plus a measured response time.

How the ranking works

Plain math, published in full, the same for everyone.

The score, out of 100

55% review score. The average of transaction-verified, published reviews from closings in 2026, nudged toward 4.0 stars with the weight of 3 reviews so one lucky 5-star cannot beat a long record.
25% response score. Median first reply, measured by the platform. 5 minutes or faster scores 100; 240 minutes or slower scores 0.
20% closings score. Closings tracked through the platform on a log scale, so the jump from 0 to 5 matters more than from 25 to 30. 30 or more scores 100.

Who is eligible

A claimed profile with a measured response time.
At least 2 transaction-verified reviews from closings in 2026. Email-only and unverified reviews never count.
Plan and price play no part. Free and paid agents are scored identically, and listings are never sold as rank.
Response time and closings are current platform measurements, not year-by-year history, so they are the same in every year's list.

Ties break by the number of verified reviews.
